ROOM REDESIGN (One-Day Decorating) – Let the fun begin! Great for everyone, especially new homeowners. You can have a whole new look in just a few hours! Many people have beautiful pieces but don’t know how to make the most of them. Or, perhaps you’re trying to make sense of your “eclectic collection” but it just doesn’t seem to be working… With the Room Redesign, the consultant will spend up to four hours to “re-work” your space/s with your items from around your home. Think green - reuse and recycle… $500
THE PROCESS: An initial appointment is set up to visit the site, take measurements and photos. This will take approximately an hour. A $100 deposit will be required at that time. We then set up the next appt where 4 hours will be allotted. Additional time will be billed at $75/hour.
HOME STAGING – Are you ready to sell your home? Has it been on the market for a while and you’re not sure why it hasn’t sold? Do you want to make it appealing to all who pass through? You may just need someone to walk through, critique and advise to get it SOLD! … $200
THE PROCESS: Homeowner walks the consultant throughout the home and discusses concerns and consultant advises on improvements. Consultant will take notes (may take measurements and photos if necessary). A written plan will be then delivered back to client.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION - Maybe you’re pretty satisfied with the way your home is looking but feel like it might be lacking… or something’s “off”… Do you need some guidance, a professional eye? Or maybe you have NO idea what you’re doing and you need all the help you can get… $200

ACCESSORY ADD-ON – Did someone say shopping! Accessories are the jewelry of the room. This is essential in order for a space to have personality. Simple touches can change the entire feel. Based on the client’s budget and timeframe, the consultant can shop/order with or without the client being present…$Price varies based on budget
THE PROCESS: Consultant visits site and discusses with client areas that need improvement. Spaces will be measured and photos will be taken. Client will have option of being part of the experience. Consultant will be paid a 30% commission on total of products. If installer is needed, there will be an additional charge.

From beginning to end, we work with you to make that happen. Space planning, furniture, window treatments, floor coverings, wall color, lighting, artwork and accent pieces……$Price varies based on needs
THE PROCESS: Prior to initial visit, client is asked to gather magazine photos that are appealing. Consultant visits site and discusses project with client. Accurate measurements are taken and extensive questioning takes place. A presentation will take place at next appointment and plan is approved. At that time, a deposit is given and orders are placed and tracked by consultant.
COLOR CONSULTATION – The easiest and least expensive way to give your space a boost is to change your wall color… $150 First room/$50 each additional room
